Maître Mathurin LAUZE has been a Member of the Bar of Nice since 2004.
The holder of a “Diplôme d’étude approfondie” (DEA – advanced degree) in private law – having presented a thesis on penal liability for company directors –, Maître Lauze has always had a passionate interest in criminal law and criminal proceedings. It was thus perfectly natural that he decided to devote his professional activity, immediately and exclusively, to criminal defence.
